How long will it take to receive my P2U Jewelry purchase?

Once an item ships, it should arrive in 3-5 business days. If your purchase is a gift and you will not receive it in time, please email hello@P2UJewelry.com and we can send an email with a gift notification for the recipient, informing them that a P2U Jewelry Gift is on its way. Please see “Rush Options” for information regarding rush delivery. **Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise discussed via email.
 

Rush Options

I really need it ASAP! Is a Rush Option Available?

Some of our styles can be rushed, others cannot. If you are interested in placing a rush order, please email the custom details to hello@P2UJewelry.com along with the date you would like to receive it. We will let you know right away if a rush option and overnight shipping is available for that specific style. If you have already placed your order, please be sure to include the order number in the email (found in the confirmation email you received).
 

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG with the order or if the product has a defect. Exchanges can only be done up to 7 days after delivery; please contact us within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED items (this includes ALL rings, anything in custom size options, and all items with initials, as well as ALL non-P2U Jewelry) are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. As long as an item is delivered within a given lead time, we will not refund payment/cancel an order. If you have questions about personalizing a piece or about the availability of an item, please contact hello@P2UJewelry.com BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable. Discounts 

Do you offer discounts on jewelry?

Unfortunately not. All of the rings have been carefully priced to be attainable rather than aspirational, with deep intention given to the Numerology of the price value.
 

Repairs

What is your repair policy?

At P2U Jewelry we take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should need repair on any jewelry piece purchased from P2U Jewelry, please email hello@P2UJewelry.com. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. P2U Jewelry will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of purchase 14KT pieces and for Silver/Gold-Plated pieces within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after these timelines or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense, beginning at $30 (plus any applicable shipping fees). Please let us know in advance if you plan to send a repair by sending an email to hello@P2UJewelry.com. We will then provide a form for you to fill out and include with your package. P2U Jewelry will alert you of tracking for your repair by email.
 

Sales Tax

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in states which require our business to collect and remit in. Requirements and thresholds may change due to factors outside of our control.
 

Cleaning and Care

How should I care for my P2U Jewelry?

P2U Jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions.

Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as: showering, putting on lotion and perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc. Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat to avoid scratching. To fully remove tarnish and any stains on your silver or plated jewelry, we recommend using any anti-tarnish silver polish that can be found at your local supermarket or drugstore. Some brands that we have found to be effective include Tarn-X and Hagerty. Be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle and to always wear gloves when working with silver polish. To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the gold and diamonds.

What form of payment does P2U Jewelry accept?

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece.
 

Diamond sourcing

Do we take into consideration how diamonds are sourced?

Absolutely! Jewelry is connected to a complex supply chain, with valid concerns about the origins of sourced materials. We take those concerns seriously, and aim to have transparency and integrity in all aspects of business that we do. We follow the guidelines (standards and practices) of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), an organization that is committed to promoting responsible ethical, human rights, social and environmental practices throughout the jewelry supply chain. We follow a due diligence process to ensure that any materials (whether sourced directly from mining companies, from open market or from manufacturers) are responsibly sourced and thus in compliance with these guidelines.
 

International Shipping

Does P2U Jewelry ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize P2U Jewelry to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item. If you refuse a shipment from P2U Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to P2U Jewelry.
